Account access
StoryWithMe supports email-based account access and Sign in with Apple. Existing accounts can return to previously generated stories and purchases.
Purchases and restore
Subscription and coin pack purchases are processed by Apple. Users can restore eligible purchases from inside StoryWithMe.
Account deletion
Users can initiate account deletion from the profile area. Support can also help with account-related questions.

If a story fails to generate or a result looks incorrect, please email the team with the account email and a short issue description.

Account information
StoryWithMe uses an email address for account access and account support. When Sign in with Apple is used, StoryWithMe receives the Apple account identifier and any email or name the user chooses to share. This helps users sign in and return to previously generated stories.
Story inputs
User-provided prompts, character names or nicknames, descriptions, selected characters, selected art styles, and page count are used to generate personalized storybooks.
Uploaded images
Users may optionally upload photos for Family, Friends, Toys, or companion-style characters. For the “Your Child” character type, StoryWithMe does not allow real-person photo upload; the character is created from text description only.
Generated content
Generated stories, covers, and illustrations may be stored so users can revisit finished books from their StoryWithMe shelf.
Voice and reading audio
Optional microphone recordings, custom voice profiles, selected narrator voice, generated narration audio, and page timing data are used to provide read-aloud story features.
Purchase information
StoryWithMe records App Store product identifiers, transaction identifiers, subscription status, entitlement status, and coin balance details to deliver subscriptions, coin packs, and restore purchases.
AI and service providers
StoryWithMe may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, moderation, AI generation, text-to- speech, voice processing, App Store purchase validation, analytics, crash diagnostics, and support. These providers process information only as needed to operate, secure, improve, or support StoryWithMe.
